︸When my beloved Wife passed away, I called a few funeral homes regarding pricing for just a simple cremation. Every time I called a new place and had to tell them my wife had just passed away and I would like to know how much they would charge for a simple cremation, it felt like they all gave the same sales pitch, not to mention the wide discrepancy in prices. I called 4 or 5 different mortuaries before I called Affordable Funeral Solutions and spoke with Tara.... She gave me her condolences for my loss and I genuinely felt like she meant it. She must have known that I was lost and beside myself with grief because she explained the process from start to finish with me. She was patient, when she had to repeat herself because my mind was still racing from just losing my wife. I'm not tech savvy by any means, she offered to cater to whatever I needed in regards to filling out the necessary paperwork either in person or via email. Every time I had to call with a question about how to fill out the paperwork, she would answer the phone and walk me through it and explain what that particular form was for. Yes, I called a place or two that was slightly cheaper than Affordable Funeral Solutions but the personalized care and service I received was well worth the 40 or 50 Dollars I would have saved. They made it easier for me to get my wife's cremation done, so that my family and I could grieve.

︸The death of a loved one is never easy. After my father passing, the hospital transferred his sweet soul to a mortuary. I thought it'd be easy to give them the business but something told me to get a second quote. I Yelped and AFS was the first to pop up. Their quote for a simple cremation was half the cost.
